Welcome to Darzis.pk. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided:

Darzis.pk offers the following services:

1. Buying Assistant Service: We assist customers in purchasing clothes from Pakistan.

2. Online Tailoring Service: We provide tailoring services remotely.

3. Package Consolidation Service: We consolidate multiple packages into a single shipment for worldwide delivery.

 

2. Eligibility:

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

 

3. User Accounts:

 To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Ordering and Payment:

i). Buying Assistant Service.

When you request our buying assistance, you must provide detailed information about the items you wish to purchase. Payment for the items and our service fee must be made in advance.

    •  Damage Disclaimer: In the case of damage caused by the courier service or the Brands from whom we order,  Darzis.pk is not responsible. Any claims for damages must be directed to the respective courier service or Brands. 
    • Fraud Disclaimer: In the case of any fraud by the courier or the brands from which we order for you, including fake articles, damaged products, late delivery, scams, or other fraudulent activities, Darzis.pk is not responsible for any claims. We order for you based on the product link or brand you provide us, or the courier service you selected. However, we will provide you with the original receipt and assist you in resolving the issue.
 

ii). Online Tailoring Service.

For tailoring services, you must provide accurate measurements and specifications. Payment for tailoring services must be made upfront.

    • Measurement Responsibility: We are responsible for the measurements provided in written form (e.g., WhatsApp messages, measurement charts). We are not responsible for any errors related to verbally provided measurements or changes. If there is a mistake in the written measurements, we will provide one free alteration.
    • Fabric Damage Disclaimer: If the fabric provided by customers or brands is damaged before stitching, we will inform you in advance. We are not responsible for any claims related to fabric damage.  (e.g, Fabric Price, Courier Charges).

iii). Package Consolidation Service.

When using our consolidation service, you will be responsible for any applicable shipping fees. Payment must be made before the shipment is dispatched.

 

5. Delivery and Shipping:

We strive to ensure timely delivery of your items. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Returns and Refunds:

i). Buying Assistant Service: Due to the nature of this service, we do not offer returns or refunds once the purchase has been made, unless the item is defective or significantly not as described. In the case of damage caused by the courier service or the vendors from whom we order, Darzis.pk is not responsible. Any claims for damages must be directed to the respective courier service or vendor. In the case of any fraud by the courier or the brands from which we order, Darzis.pk is not responsible for any claims. However, we will provide you with the original receipt and assist you in resolving the issue.

ii). Online Tailoring Service: We do not offer refunds for tailoring services. If there is an issue with the tailoring, please contact us, and we will work to address the problem. If there is a mistake in the written measurements, we will provide one free alteration. For fabric damage reported before stitching, we will inform you but are not responsible for any courier charges.

iii). Package Consolidation Service: We do not offer refunds for this service once the packages have been shipped.

 

7. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Darzis.pk or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our prior written consent.

 

8. Limitation of Liability:

Darzis.pk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in question.

 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
